§ 3-60. Application for license.

A person desiring to keep one (1) or more exotic animals within the city as provided in section 3-59 above shall first make application to the animal control supervisor, giving the following information:

(1)

The name and address of the applicant;

(2)

A description of the facilities designed/or keeping the exotic animals;

(3)

The number and kind of exotic animals;

(4)

The purpose for which the exotic animals are being kept; and

(5)

A written report from a veterinarian stating that he actually physically examined the exotic animal, the date of examination, and his findings regarding the health of the animal.
