§ 3-59. Exceptions.

The provisions of section 3-58 shall not apply in the following situations:
(1)

To the operators of circuses, rodeos or parades whose performances are sanctioned by an appropriate permit issued by the city;

(2)

To the temporary stabling of horses at the owner's residence for a period not exceeding forty-eight (48) hours; or

(3)

To owners of undeveloped tracts of land lying within the corporate limits of the city exceeding ten (10) acres in size.
