§ 2-17. Drainage master plan adopted.

(a)

The drainage master plan, including the Storm Drainage Design Criteria, Capital Improvement Plan and all the maps, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes, is hereby adopted by the city council.

(b)

The plan is intended to constitute the Drainage Master Plan of the City of Copperas Cove, Texas, for all matters related to long-range guidance relative to drainage decisions, land subdivision, thoroughfare construction, growth management, and flood hazard reduction.
