§ 3-29. Collar and license tag required.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to maintain or keep an outside dog more than four (4) months of age on any premises within the city unless such animal wears a collar or harness. The collar or harness shall have securely attached to it a metallic license tag showing such animal has been licensed by the city for the current year.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person to maintain or keep an indoor dog or any cat more than four (4) months of age on any premises within the city unless the owner has proof that said animal is licensed by the city for the current year.
