§ 2-130.7. Policy adoption and review.

The City of Copperas Cove Travel Policy is effective upon passage by the governing body. All prior policies will become invalid upon passage of the ordinance adopting the above policy. The policy must be reviewed every four (4) years and presented for approval by the governing body. With adoption of the policy the governing body agrees to utilize the most recent version of the United States GSA Per Diem for meals and the IRS Mileage reimbursement rate.
