This section presents the criteria, standards and regulations related to the design of water distribution systems for general development service within the City of Copperas Cove water service area.

Designs for water system construction and improvements shall conform to the most recent edition of Rules and Regulations for Public Water Systems as published by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and Appendices F and G of this Appendix. In the event of any conflict between Appendix A, the TCEQ rules and regulations and/or Appendices F and G, the most stringent provision that complies with TCEQ rules and regulations shall apply.
